Outdoors, in the early morning summer fresh air, we’ll work together pushing, pulling, lifting, kicking, fighting to become who we are. We will begin promptly, wasting no time at achieving our goals. Each Fitness Boot Camp is 6-weeks long and meets Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings for 1 hour rockin' out at 5:30am SHARP! Must be 18 or older. Doctor's approval required. Direct source of communication is e- mail. Any questions, comments, or concerns you have will be ad- dressed in this manner. Bring: lots of water, an exercise/yoga mat and a set of dumbbells(not sure, just ask). Missed days are lost. Late risers forfeit time.
Forget using our children as an excuse for being out of shape or without time! Experience the fun of fitness together! Lose weight & tone-up while encouraging activity and building strong bonds with our children! Best of all, help get all the ‘wiggles’ out before nap time and reclaim me-time!
Through fun exercises, aerobics & friendly competition, at an outdoor location, we will impart good sportsmanship, foster the development of positive self-esteem, fine-tune motor skills, improve balance & coordination, and keep our children fit, healthy and happy!
Each camp is 4 weeks long and will be held for 1 hour on both Tuesday and Thursday. You can choose between a morning or afternoon program. We will exercise together, stretch our muscles, enjoy a healthy snack with water, learn a healthy tip of the day, and finally, finish with a sticker or stamp for a ‘job well done’! Exercise assignments will be given to promote activity, continue the parent/child relationship bonding and help integrate healthy living into our daily lives.

Tuesdays & Thursdays 9:30 - 10:30am or 2 - 3pm
Infants - 5 years old. 1 tot/adult.
If child has allergy, must provide own snack.
